"IV never actually spoken to John cash but he was my assigned agent his assistants are usually nice but they don't follow up with customers very well I even tried setting up life insurance I was forgotten about nobody ever got back to me till this day every time I needed assistance with something I got the run around when you first call they don't want to take down details for your request so you gotta wait t 3 to 7 business days to hear, back then when you do get a call back the other agent has no clue why they're calling you so you have to make requests with them then wait another 5 to 7 business days or they'll just forget to call you back I understand there are many other customers to tend to but honestly there's no excuse for not getting back."

"John Cash is a very nice person, but unfortunately some the staff that work at this agency I can't say the same for. They are very unprofessional (just short and almost rude) I called spoke with an agent expressed my concern and was assured that she would look into it and call me back by the end of that day. I waited and gave it another day still no call. I kept calling even leaving messages and finally 4 days later I received a call back with an update (ridiculous) This agency could use customer service training 101because it seems as though some have forgotten that clients are the reason for the success of this agency. Simple common courtesy goes a long way. Update to this review .... I would have to say this is the most unprofessional group of " professionals" I have ever seen."
